Saraçoğlu Makine, which was working for automotive and appliance industry as a supplier since 1972, with the help of this production experience in sheet metal working, has started to produce formworks and accessories for construction industry. The first project was formworks for the construction of 5 blocks of apartment buildings in 1985. With its high quality production, delivery on time and reliability, Saraço¤lu Machinery Formworks Department has made a great process and in 1987 Yap-Sar Machinery Formworks Industry and Trade Co. Ltd. has been established. This new company has started to make its own design, production and marketing. Since that date, Yap-Sar had offered the best system through up to 50 different systems, by making special designs , to its hundreds of customers, who are the leading companies of the construction sector. Yap-Sar had performed the best quality using the latest technology. Mostly important for its customers is that, Yap-Sar had made “ delivering the orders on the exact time”,as its principle. Yap-Sar with its increasing experience and technical knowledge, is continuing to serve contractors, and help the architects and engineers to materialize their thoughts with safety.

In addition to these, the production of Wind-Sar turbines that generate energy from the wind has been continuing since 1996. Concerning this subject, Yap-Sar have a R&D Project that’s been approved and supported by Turkish Science Foundation. Our plant, 3300 m2 in area, located in Tuzla Mermerciler Organised Industrial Region, has been started to work out also.

Our policy of quality is empowered by the ISO 9001- 2000 certificate. And also most of our products have been revised according to EN- European norms. Some of these are EN 1065 Telescopic Prop and EN HD 1000 Scaffolding norms.
